Hi All,
You may be aware I've been studying this possibility for awhile. I've
actually found some hosting companies offering openSUSE as an
alternative to the usual mix (CentOS, FreeBSD, etc.)
I then came across this March 14, 2011 article:
"The Perfect Server - OpenSUSE 11.4 x86_64 w/ ISPConfig 3"
<http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-opensuse-11.4-x86_64-ispconfig-3>
I'd like to hear reactions, opinions and ideas, good or bad, about
putting some systems like this into production, either on a one-off
basis for a small business, or, in combination with Virtualbox as the
basis for providing retail shared hosting and virtual private servers?
TIA & regards,
Carl
