I have found that eGroupware has good working sieve support. Maybe
it's a bit too large for you needs, because it provides web mail,
calendar, addressbook and much more. On the other hand caldav, carddav
and syncml may suit your users to ;-)

thanks, but unfortunately I can't dictate to my users/customers which
software to use, so I would need something that independently or for
all platforms (Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone etc).
