Yes, since it is the first time installation, that's why.
For me there is no risk;
Because you have experience of more than 30 years! Now, how can risk
be? But I am sure, when you might have installed for the first time
(years back, a history), you must have made the mistake(s)....,
however, a guess....
So if someone tells you that they will or won't move to 12.1 soon or
later, that's for their reasons and how they perceive the risks and
benefits of 12.1.
