[opensuse] enigmail w/tbird 8.0 on 11.4?

Guys,

With the rapid version race in thunderbird, enigmail no longer works. Is there
a planned update in the near future? If not, is there an equivalent add-on or
package that will provide the same functionality on x86_64?
