I'm not entirely sure whether this would be the right way to do it. I
think a better way would be to include one (or maybe several) rpm's
with the keys in the core distribution. With this, installing and
accepting the keys would be a simple matter of

Keys have a period of validity. What do you do when a key changes? They
will not be on any dvd.
