That's a rhythmbox bug, where it assumes that it can use the last bit of a URL
as a filename. Alternatively, it's not a bug at all, because nothing should care
what the filename is; if something *does* care, then it's a bug in that thing
(because the downloaded file is an ogg vorbis file regardless of whether it's
called foo.ogg or foo.ogg?podcast or myfilewhichmightbeoggandmightnot).
