Hi all,
I would like to run the Einstein@home software as my screensaver. Im
a little confused as to what I need and what to do to get it to run
cause Im still a noob when it comes to installing packages that
arent .debs or simple like that. I dont want it to do anything else
except show the pretty screensaver after a certain amount of time and I
dont want to have to keep running it from the terminal if possible. has
anyone gotten this working, and can you give me step by step how to do
it? I know there are directions on the site, but I am not sure in which
dir to install etc. so I dont want to screw something up and not have it
work. Here is the link to the site,
http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/
here is the link to the directions:
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/sea.php
thanks,
Charles
