I am getting a run of these in /var/log/daemon.log:
modprobe: FATAL: Error inserting apm

Anybody know if I need to do anything about this, or if I can do something
to fix this problem?
I have no idea if it is effecting my system yet, however.
Are you using apm for power management? I'm not sure many people still are
- newer machines usually use ACPI. If you don't need it, just blacklist it
in /etc/modprobe.d/ (use /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist as a template, but I'd
put it in its own file).
