Better thanks; it's setting the in-reply-to header now, so the message
is correctly threaded with the others. What did you change to get it to
do that - I know other outlook users that could do with doing the same
thing?

You still need to put your replies after the thing you're replying to
though, so the conversation flows in order - questions followed by
answers rather than the other way around.
