Actually, ignore all this - it's utter rubbish. Outlook was behaving
fine the whole time. /I/ stuffed that up. Sorry for the unwarranted
finger pointing.

You still need to put your replies after the thing you're replying to
though, so the conversation flows in order - questions followed by
answers rather than the other way around.

This, on the other hand is still a good idea :-)
