vpnc times out

Hi,

I've tried running vpnc to get on my company's cisco 3005, but vpnc hangs when trying to connect (sudo).

max@max-laptop:/etc/vpnc$ sudo vpnc djoef-vpn
Enter password for max.andersen@xxxxxxxxxxxx:
vpnc: no response from target
max@max-laptop:/etc/vpnc$

Anyone got vpnc to work on dapper, who could clue me in a bit?
