Ubuntu for 64-bit Intel Xeon 3 ghz

Hi to all

I would like to know if somebody can help me with a doubt. I've a
machine with two 64-bit Intel Xeon 3 ghz processor and I want to
install Ubuntu 5-10 on it, but I'm not sure about which version I've
to use. Can anyone tell me if Ubuntu Breezy for AMD 64 is the one???..
