Hi list,

a while ago there was an interesting thread about mp3 files and how to
wrap/split them. Now my question is, are there similar apps that do the same
for ogg files?

It isn't intuitively obvious, I know, but mp3splt works with oggs too.

From apt-cache show mp3splt:
"Description: Splits MP3 and Ogg Vorbis files without reencoding "

So you can use it for what you want to do :)
