Okay, thanks for clearing that out. I'm trying to remember back to end of
2004, I don't think there was a server install then, only the expert mode. I
might be way off here, too.
There was an equivalent to the server installation mode in Warty, but it
was called "custom" then. Mark asked me to rename it to "server" to try
to dispel the myth that Ubuntu was just a desktop distribution.
