$ modprobe -l | grep tg3
/lib/modules/2.6.15-21-386/kernel/drivers/net/tg3.ko
To activate it in current session:
$ sudo modprobe tg3
To activate it allways during reboot:
$ sudo nano /etc/modules
and put "tg3" in there (without the "")
