how to change gnome splash screen??

really depends on what splash you are trying to change if you mean the
one that shows up after login and shows naultius starting up than if you
install gnome-art you will find a splash screen entry in
system>prefferences if you mean the usplash (the one that loads modules
and checks file system than you might want to read
