OK, I've downloaded and installed all the SELinux-related packages
(except for the one that wants to uninstall most of Ubuntu). I've got
all the binaries on my system. Now I want to use them. I'm told
"SELinux is disabled".
while the context of this post leaves a little something to be desired,
you might first check to see if the kernel is compiled with se-linux.
If not, it's been my experience (under other distro's, mind you) to have
to re-compile the kernel with this support before using the libraries.
Please do remember that the list is for assisting us all, and not a
'tutorial-central'. Everyone here is more than happy to help, but
remarks such as "or do I just have to go somewhere else" usually elicit
replies to the affirmative, if only to push your buttons...
let us know how you get on with this.
