It's unfortunate you have assumed that attitude, because doing those
things might help you narrow down the problem in your bug report.
Reinstalling from scratch on a regular basis is what I used to do with
Windows. It's not good enough. Upgrade issues _are_ bugs.
That is very true. Be sure to post your bug numbers here so people who
have been following the thread can watch them. It's MUCH easier to pin
down this sort of problem on the bug tracking system than on the
ubuntu-users list.
