Firefox Hijacked?

Last few days had an annoying "bar" appear in firefox, I'm not sure
exactly what activates it, and all the text is in Chinese, it appears to
be some kind of advert and I have no idea how to remove it. I tried
aptitude purge firefox, and checked installed extensions but it still
won't go. Have attached a small screenshot to demonstrate, you can it at
the bottom of the browser window above the find dialogue. Any ideas?
