Hello,
I'd like to avoid as much as possible the loss of data in the
often freezes that I have on my notebook (between two and five
a week). Any recommendation ? something like avoid buffering
as much as possible on reiserfs ? both my partitions are
reiserfs. Thank you.

A journaling filesystem like reiser should be sufficiently robut
to prevent your data from being lost.
While imho it makes much sense to
prevent your data from being lost, we should firstly prevent your
notebook from freezing.
In general, a Linux machine should not
freeze, at the very least it should not freeze so frequently ;-).
So what makes your notebook freeze?
