Hi Sean,
There's no repositories at gnomefiles, but gnomebaker is in the
universe repository for dapper.
Tks. I got it done as follows;
Enabled universe+multiverse according to:
Unofficial Ubuntu Starter Guide
http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Dapper
under "How to add extra repositories"
$ sudo apt-cache showpkg gnomebaker
Package: gnomebaker
It was there.
$ sudo apt-get install gnomebaker
....
Selecting previously deselected package gnomebaker.
Unpacking gnomebaker (from .../gnomebaker_0.5.1-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb) ...
Setting up cdda2wav (2.01+01a01-4ubuntu6) ...
Setting up libgstreamer0.8-0 (0.8.12-1ubuntu1) ...
Setting up gnomebaker (0.5.1-0ubuntu1) ...
* * * end * * *
$ sudo which gnomebaker
/usr/bin/gnomebaker
$ dpkg -l gnomebaker

Hi Sean,Bonfire,
Tks for your advice.
You probably want to check out GnomeBaker, and maybe also
complete.Coaster, and Graveman, though I think GnomeBaker is more
above
See this page on GnomeFiles:

I'm happy to try GnomeBaker. I could not find the repo on the
URL. Have you had any idea of its repo? Tks.pops
Ubuntu/GNOME achieves CD/DVD burning by:
* If it's a data CD or DVD, use the nautilus CD/DVD creator that
andup when you insert a blank.
* If you're burning an ISO image, right click on the .iso file
ischoose "Write disc" to have nautilus burn the image to disc.
* If you're making an audio CD, the audio CD creator Serpentine
Iinstalled by default.
Wonderful, I'll try you advice later
Others noted with tks,
