Lexmark X74/X75 driver needed

I'm not having any success in settng up a Lexmark X74/X75 printer (also
called 'all-in-one). It is detected during the setup process but the
closest listed driver is for the X73, which doesn't work.
The only linux driver I've been able to find is x5250llpddk-2.0-3.i386.rpm.

Alas, I need a printer for this ubuntu---what to do?
