is there any way that i can download one file and uncompress.
Yes. Most often, these days, files are downloaded with the
webbrowser. To uncompress, you need to run the appropriate
decompressor, ie. bunzip2 or gunzip.
I think, I don't understand your question.
are these
patch files also include in the kernel.??
Judging from the dates of the files - no.
