the setting you are looking for is under the Edit->Account Settings
Menu, Composition & Addressing, check the "Automatically quote the
original message when replying" box and move the combo box to "start my
reply below the quote".



Is there a way to make it so you can highlight some text in the original
email, and just quote that part? Or do I have to manually delete it as I go?
