Sorry to say Ubuntu & Linux will always be the destined piece-of-***

Why the heck is it so difficult for you people to implement -something
you want to become mainstream- ?

YOU THINK PEOPLE ALWAYS WANT TO LEAVE THEIR COMPUTERS ON, CONSUMING AT
THE LEAST 150W ??

What are you doing that requires the computer to stay on? Why not turn
it off?
Too many repos, too much crap in those repos, too many steps to do one
goddamn thing.

I have found that even for this newbie, once the repos are activated,
synaptic does not take many steps to install something. Two steps is
too many?
WE DONT NEED TO PROGRAM A COMPUTER FOR EVERYDAY USE, WE NEED IT TO DO
WORK FOR US.

Once again, what are you doing? From watching the list there are plenty
of people using (*)buntu on their computer to _work_. They don't seem
to be having any earth shattering problems. Your rant doesn't have much
substance, and only mentions one real problem.
If hibernate is the only thing that draws you back to Windows, is it
worth it for what you are doing?
