You could use the top-level Places menu -> Connect to Server, and then
pick WebDAV from the drop-down box.

I tried that, using davfs, webdav, dav, and some other strings in place
of "http", even with "http" itself, but sometimes it says password was
incorrect and other items it just cannot find the folder. Or, it just
plain keeps on trying and never connecting.
