ljl (a regular on #ubuntu on freenode) is working on
http://www.ljl.byethost14.com/apt . I'm not sure if it's finished,
but you may want to take a look at it. The difference is it will get
you dependencies recursively whereas packages.ubuntu.com will only
give you the first level of dependencies.
