LighScribe Support?

Hi,
I have a LightScribe enabled DVD-RW by LG.
I downloaded and installed the LightScribe support and the SimpleLabler from
the LightScribe site (http://www.lightscribe.com).
It comes as an RPM package, so I ran them through Alien.
It seems to be installed, and I understand K3B fully supports it.
When I try to run the SimpleLabler I get the following error:
Using /etc/lightscribe.rc
X Error: BadDevice, invalid or uninitialized input device 154
Extension: 145 (XInputExtension)
Minor opcode: 3 (X_OpenDevice)
Resource id: 0x0
Failed to open device
X Error: BadDevice, invalid or uninitialized input device 154
Extension: 145 (XInputExtension)
Minor opcode: 3 (X_OpenDevice)
Resource id: 0x0
Failed to open device
Segmentation fault
I eventually removed the lightscribe.deb and installed the one from
Automatix2.
Anyone using LigtScribe on Ubuntu?
Any tips?
Thanks!
