Need help to connect to the internet...

I live in Indonesia and just used Kubuntu for two
weeks. I can't connect to the internet. My only
available line at home is a dial up.
Can anybody help me to set the dial up connection?

These are the proxy settings provided by national
telephone company (Telkom), everyone here should use
it to access the proxy:

Phone number: 080989999
User name: telkomnet@instant
Password: telkom
