That is a VERY open ended question. You need to be a LOT more specific.
However, if you're brave, try this:

apt-get install samba cupsys cupsys-common cupsys-driver-gutenprint
foomatic-db foomatic-db-engine foomatic-filters foomatic-filters-ppds
libcupsimage2 libcupsys2 libgutenprint2 cups-pdf cupsys-driver-gimpprint
foomatic-db-gutenprint foomatic-gui gutenprint-locales printconf

then, open a web browser to the server or workstation you did this on,
for example http://printerserver:631 and log into cups and configure
your printer.
