Tomcat Monitoring on Ubuntu (with Hyperic HQ)

Hi there,
I came across a user-contributed doc today about monitoring Tomcat on Ubuntu
using Hyperic HQ. Since I work for Hyperic as community manager and love
Ubuntu (on my MacBook, baby!) I figured I'd post a shameless plug here and
