Re: glabels

Download the MS Word Doc templates from Avery and use OpenOffice - just
be sure to turn on Table|Table Boundries so that you can see where the
tables are on the page:

<http://www.avery.se/uk1/Main?action=software.BlankTPLProductSearch&hierarchy=BTPRODUCT&catalogcode=WEB02&productcode=j8437&x=0&y=0>
[http://preview.tinyurl.com/2owvmn]

You may have some problems with the php links there opening the wrong
app (if you have mozplugger installed), so here are the links directly:

http://www.avery.co.uk/uk1/downloads/templates/J8437%20Slim.doc
http://www.avery.co.uk/uk1/downloads/templates/J8437.doc

Right-click on the above links and 'save as' and you will be able to
download the docs without FF or mozplugger interfering.

If nothing else, you can use those to get the proper dimensions and then
create your own custom J8437 in glabels.

Or, go to
http://d321.k12.id.us/support/docs/OPENOFFICE/sharePremiumContent/template/en-US/misc/
and download the funkeCDCover. You can also download & install KAMI's
OxygenOffice templates from here:
<http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=170021&package_id=208656>
and use the funkeCDCover that is included in the misc templates.

As ever, my grateful thanks to all of you for replying. There are some
excellent ideas and I shall give them all a careful look over.

Norman
