Anyone know what's going on? Anyone using Thunderbird have this
problem?
Not sure but guessing the email is also going to the addy which is
bouncing. Maybe being sent via the list or maybe cc/bcc to them? It's
definately not the list address that's bouning so I don't think the prob
is your end re that. Maybe check the msgs in your sent folder to see if
any were sent to the addy in Q

PS
Just took another look at the error and see the unable to relay bit.
Sounds like the post is being relayed to that addy and it's bouncing. As
you're the source of the mail, you get the failure notice. It's not an
error on your part

The headers for your message took up the whole screen and I couldn't
read it all because it removed the scroll bar. Your explanation sounds
good but just wonder how my message gets sent to somewhere I didn't send
unless it's a mail transfer site, then the message shouldn't have gotten
through to list. Very strange. Thanks again for the info,
Len
Hi Len
It's likely the addy in Q is subbed to the list you sent to. And of course it got relayed to it. Since it bounced for whatever reason you ended up with the bounce notification as the originator of the post. That'd be my understanding of what has happened. Prob just set a filter to filter out that addy and you wont see it again
