Hello friends,
I'm a Venezuelan guy - southamerica- who is interested
on buying a laptop, but I would like to know the
following points:
1) Is the Hewlett-Packard Special Edition Notebook
with AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-56 -
White, 100% compatible with UBUNTU?.
2) Are there another good laptop brand, which costs no
more than $1000,that some of you could recomend to
me?.
I don't know about "recommend" but what about the Dell Inspiron???

Comes configured with ubuntu on it! Looks like you could get a similar
box for within your price point - - maybe.
