[OT] Correct parameters in programs Torrents

Hi,
There are various links in the AzureusWiki very interesting to come
to be better seeders. Also they help to understand reason there is
torrents that download so fast and other not. If all we put them in
practice in our programs Torrent, the discharges (for all) would go better.
