What do you mean the file is lock? Your post is very unclear...

Does it ask you for a password when you try t o extract it? If so, then
it's
likely password protected and you need the password to extract it. Check
the
page you downloaded it from for details. Hell, I know I missed that once
or
twice and had to go back to the site for another look. Alternatively, if I
knoew the link to the file in question I can work out if it's password
protected in a flash
