Comments/Problems:
The problem starts after the boot sequence gets past the Ubuntu moving
load bar. When the load bar is full the screen goes to a cursor for
about 10seconds and then goes blank. There is no sign of any activity
from the Cd or the hard drive. I have tried all of the options in the
initial boot option screen and nothing works.
The really odd things that did happen is that when I go to boot into
windows, it gives me the option of going to Ubuntu or windows, and also
when I do boot into windows a box comes up and asks me if I want to
uninstall Ubuntu!
I don't get it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also I was never able to get to a command line at any time.

Thanks,
Gene~
