Compro pvr/tv-fm card nosignal noradio



The card is working on windows.
On Ubuntu 7.10 the composite1 on tvtime is working with sound and lirc
On télivison mode I have no signal. Canada is NTSC I am using Broadcast
input.

Card is detected as #40 tuner as # 17

Whats wrong ?
