Locking a Folder

Hi All,

I have a folder I want to lock so whenever someone clicks on it in Konqueror
he gets a prompt for the SU password.

I was able to lock the folder (shows a lock on the folder icon and it says
'locked folder' ) by changing the owner to root.

How do I make the prompt come up?
