RE: what repository is the webmin package located?

Webmin has been working on Ubuntu server 7.10 fine for me. I am just trying
to figure out how to auto mount my windows drives and share them with samba
without losing the original data on the hard drive. I asked the question
here on the listserve but I didn't get any responses.

webmin was removed from the repositories because it doesn't understand
the configuration file layouts that debian/ubuntu uses. Because of this,
webmin can break your server installations. Some people suggest ebox as
a substitite.

How can you set a ntfs drive to mount automatically without losing data?

I want to mount the root of that second drive that has a lot of my saved
pictures and files when I used windows to store them a 2nd hdd.

Current setup:
Ubuntu 7.10 server edition

Webmin 1.4

Hdd to mount as read write that is local in computer

Hdb1

I am a novice to linux and webmin so please be descript. I found ways to
mount it in webmin but from the literature is sounds like it would erase my
drive and that cannot happen. I tried to edit the fstab also but I also
couldn't mount it. The hard drive works if I boot to a windows partition
and browse it.

Thanks
