My apologies... it was in fiesty and then incorporated into
poppler-utils for Gutsy. You can install via:
sudo apt-get install poppler-utils
and then:
man pdftohtml - or just pdftohtml without argument and it will show you
the options.
Not that there are quite a few handy tools in poppler-utils:
