Re: 8.04 Wireless Problem (still)



Update.

I found that the wireless card shows up in the Device Mangager GUI, even
though it doesn't show up when queried in the terminal. I also removed
Network Manager completely using synaptic. That stopped the shutdown errors
I was receiving. When I go to System>Administration>Network the Network
Settings GUI still doesn't recognize the wireless device.

Any help or ideas at this point? Thanks.
