Re: What is the best option to open .docx, pptx files in Ubuntu LTS 8.04 ?



G'day there One & All,

you have a .docx sample/document & care to send it to me directly I'll
be happy to test it in (U)OOo 2.4.1, OOo3.0_m9(RC4), and StarOffice 9.

I'll send you a few off list later. But all I have right now are docs
from clients that I seriously doubt they want published on the web. So
I can't use those to file a bug report.

I dunno how well they conform to the specs, but I think they'd be pretty good since they're intended as examples for developers. Still, ya never know!!
