I hate Bad news!
Unfortunitly the Microsoft "Live" UDF (UDF 2.01) as used by Vista can't be
read by linux prior to 2.6.25 without a Kernel Patch. I would recomend
useing a burning software (Nero Roxio Et-al) to create the data CD and
not Vista's Drag-To-Disk

I copied some printer drivers and some notes that I need from the
brother.com web site on to a cd. However, when I bring it my Ubuntu
system it tells me it is unable to mount. here is the error message:
Error: Unable to open udf volume. When attempting to mount the UDF
volume. Can anyone give me some pointers please?
