Printing question - Cups ipp printer from Windows XP

When printing an Open Office document from windows to the unbuntu
printer the document prints boxes in place of " and ' . If the same
document is opened on the Unbuntu computer and printed, it prints
correctly. The printer is setup using ipp on windows to connect and print.
This worked properly before we upgraded to the 8.04 LTS version. This is
the only part of the document that prints incorrectly, formatting and
inserted graphics are all correct. Does anyone have an idea on how to
solve the problem?
