Warmmail was a joke: Hotmail is the right word.

I am not aware that there should be filed any lawsuit against M$ due to
this issue. After all it is free to anybody to use or not use Hotmail,
it is a free sevice without any guarantees.

if folk can't communicate with me 'cos they're encumbered
by M$, it's their loss. (During 12 years at one company, management
especially understood: "If that needs to reach Erik, we have to send it
in plaintext or RTF.")

I do not feel lost, I am dealing with Windows on a daily bases, one of
my 20 computer can but Win2k and I just try to be practical and helpful,
not political or religious. It was meant as sound advice after my
experience with many customers I have had recently, who eventually had
to give up their long lived Hotmail accounts due to the issue I
mentioned in my previous post. It was particular elderly people, who
cannot cope with too many oddities and therefore using Ubuntu in the
first place.
