Friends in of Ubuntu, Iam new to this Operating System but I want to be

Access and Publisher are Microsoft programs, and as such run on the Windows
line of operating systems. If you want to use those programs you'll need to
install a virtual machine with a Windows OS, and then the programs.

OpenOffice, a free multi-os suite of tools includes Writer, Calc, Impress,
Draw, and Base, which are equivalents to Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Paint, and
Access. You can learn more about OpenOffice at http://openoffice.org
