Reporting a bug

Hi,
My name is Harold Caballero.
I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 desktop edition on my dell xps m1330.
I want to report a bug against the 'update-manager' package. This is the
following message:
'E:Type '--2008-12-18' is not known on line 1 in source list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list, E:The list of sources could not be
read.'
