Software for Windows Podcasts

A month ago, before upgrading from Fiesty (7.04) to the current 8.1, I
found software one could purchase to enable the downloading of Windows
Podcasts. If memory serves correctly it required later than 7.04 and I
think that's what prompted the upgrade. Anyway, now that I'm ready I
cannot find that same program again.

I'm fairly sure it was published in the UK and price was in the vicinity
of 20-30 Euros

Greatly appreciated if someone knows this or a program with the same
functionality.
