Get a free cd from ShipIt:
https://shipit.ubuntu.com/
Use search + the name of the download, your computer should find it.
This user says that he is a novice. I respect that.
I want to spare him the trouble of searching for a search dialog, and
writing the iso to a cd.
Shipit is really, really novice friendly.
Another option is to get a free cd from a local Ubuntu team.
